No. However, Imperial Homes Clients can buy from us, indicate that the product will be shipped internationally and we will pack it for you. You are welcome to send own transport company to handle the shipping for you.

Our products have a manufacturing lead time of 10 to 14 working days. Currently we are able to deliver within 14 working days. It happens sometimes that we need additional time but this will be communicated with you.

Since we currently deliver in Gauteng only, we deliver using our own delivery and installation crew.

Gauteng, yes. If you choose delivery we deliver and install our products. We charge a delivery fee and installation is free.

Absolutely, but for an extra fee. You can collect your product and request an installer. Unfortunately his transportation and fee will be covered by you the client. Please contact us for an installation quote for different areas.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Customised products cannot be returned, we however work with you to make sure we rectify any invoiced mistakes or workmanship defaults.

At Imperial Homes we use MDF for most of our colourful / paintable products. Supawood is engineered wood that is durable, at least 20 years life span and has good sanding and painting properties for a smooth finish. We also use clear Pine for other products that needs a natural look, or stained. We have a vast selection of melamine products s well and veneer. All our bed bases are chipboard and/or white melamine.

Our products are coated with waterbased lacquers and stains. Only metal hardware is used in our products to ensure safety and longevity.

For the advertised price, you get two colours for each procuct. A main colour and an accent colour. You can still choose to have one colour.

Additional colours from third colour and above are charger R400 per colour.

Imperial Homes is a registered company under Lavish Creations. It is owned by Mr. Ernest Magidi and Mrs. Evelyn Magidi. The family has been married for 25 years and blessed with 4 beautiful children.

While Imperial Homes have developed a range of products, most of our designs were purchased from previously Classic Designs including their experienced personnel.
