Thank you for visiting and shopping at Imperial Homes. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Lead & Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. In the event you do not receive a confirmation email, please double check your spam/junk folder.
2. Lead & Shipment Processing Time
Order processing takes 10 to 14 business day. The processing time refers to the time it takes for us to get your product from our factory or supplier for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, we generally order all items from our factory/supplier the following business day. We will contact you if there are any delays for some reason.
3. Shipment Locations
3.1. Gauteng Only Shipping and Installation
Imperial Homes does not ship nationally or internationally at this time. To keep our service top notch and give value for money, we ship in Gauteng and offer assembling. Clients in the rest of the Provinces of RSA, Rest of Africa and internationally are welcome to collect directly from our warehouse when order is ready. Details will be provided of collection points.
3.2. Shipping Restrictions
Our company ships to both commercial and domestic addresses in Gauteng.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery day will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates as we usually load a couple of orders that needs assembling/installation. Some installations takes longer due to different factors, for example a product might be going to a third floor residential apartment and there is no Goods Lift at the estate. This means our crew might spend three times the amount of time at this particular delivery destination and delay all other deliveries.
We will however call at least an hour before we arrive at your place or once enroute t you. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to smooth sailing of things. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
(a) Standard Shipping
All orders are generally shipped within 10 to 14 business day from our factory or supplier.

Please note: Times given are purely an estimate only. Your tracking ID will give you an accurate ETA once dispatched.
Standard Shipping costs apply depending on product ordered.
Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery
location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

(iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

(v) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

(A) Production Time: The amount of time it takes your order to be made up by supplier or Imperial Homes and leave our distribution centre .

(B) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

(vi) Due to energy blackouts, state lockdowns, higher than usual demand, & holiday periods, packages to and from our facility may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

(vii) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
5. Tracking Options
Imperial Homes aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a call from our crew and you can contact them directly or the office if there is any issues
6. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@imperialhomes.co.za
7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Imperial Homes politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@imperialhomes.co.za to report missing or lost packages.

In the unfortunate and rare event that your order does not get delivered, or if your order is damaged on arrival, we will replace or refund your order. Guaranteed.
Item damaged in transit
If your order has been delivered, but is damaged, please send photo proof and a description of the damage to hello@imperialhomes.co.za as soon as possible.
If you claim a replacement product or refund for an item damaged on arrival, please keep the original boxes as we may need to have the item sent back to us for inspection. (At our cost)
Item lost in transit
If your order has not been delivered by your assigned courier after 6 weeks, please contact us at hello@imperialhomes.co.za and we will arrange your replacement or refund.
9. Undeliverable Packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
